Louise
Vikki Louise Nason is a
proud graduate of UW-Stevens Point. She has
been called
"Stevens Point's
First Lady of Song", and
has poured the same
passion that she has had for her music into
Cheese Louise's.
She has meticulously
studied every aspect of her business, and is constantly
striving to find unique
new menu items for her clientele.
A member of the Bread
Baker's Guild of America, Louise is a true bread
artisan. She takes
great pride in each loaf that she produces.
Whether it's her
New York Style Jewish
Rye, Challah, or her famous French Bread, you'll be
able to taste the quality
in every bite. Louise's French Bread is the bread
that took two years
and a trip to Paris to perfect.
Louise is currently
researching new gourmet breakfast offerings as well as
perfecting her gourmet
cheesecake recipe.
